JBAB Town Hall Arms Service Members and Families with Deployment Readiness Tools

Service members from Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling and Joint Base Andrews gathered for a town hall on Oct. 22, 2026 to learn about the deployment readiness resources available through the JBAB initiative. The meeting focused on equipping both service members and their families with the information they need before heading overseas.

Presenters highlighted tools such as pre‑deployment checklists, family support services, and counseling options designed to ease the transition and maintain readiness. Attendees left with clear guidance on how to access these resources and keep their families informed throughout the deployment cycle.
